Although "false statements" made in writing to Congress by federal law enforcement violate federal statute:

The U.S. Department of Justice arbitrarily and capriciously stated to me in writing that "false statements" made in writing to Congress by federal law enforcement "do not" fall within the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Justice. That is a "false statement" as well. Which is now in violation of federal statute:

Once again I filed a complaint of documented false statements and obstruction of justice.

Yet I receive another abitrary and capricious response about illegal electronic surveiilance from the U.S. Department of Justice Criminal Division. This has no bearing on the actual documented complaint of false statements made in writing to Congress by the U.S. Marshals Service. They just keep ignoring the documentation as if they expect me not to notice it.
